Oh Frazer why so scared, there is nothing to be scared about, Just because you were on the receiving end of broken promises, just because when sold, you were not even thanked? Yeah Don't be scared Fraser, you can always use what you  know against those people.... 

A few suggestions from the regular...

• Ask you supplier to check the. colour - all printers can print a little differently and also different materials can render different results.
• This particular file size is A3 high res. ( 210 x 297mm ) - If you want it bigger you cans ask. depending on the piece there may an extra cost is upscaling it.
